so this year i decided to do the cooking for thanksgiving.
i was browsing food network so much and saved a couple of recipes.
tonight i was preparing the brine and i had to handle the 15lb turkey.
i just have to say that if i had to man handle every animal i ever ate, id be vegetarian long time ago.
i couldnt help imagining the turkey alive while i was rinsing it off. i was squirming. oh man.
anyway, i hope im doing things right! hope i dont butcher the meal.
